- After you request the services of our company, we reserve a vehicle for you. If any change is required, please inform us 24 hours before.
- We do not charge any fees for cancellations.
- Under no circumstances will the price we agree with you be increased.
- If you wish to pay by card, you will have to pay a service charge charged by the banks in addition to the prices from our company.
- In the event that you have made any payment before getting a service from us, if you are unable to get our service due to any inconvenience, we agree to return your money to you within three days.
- Always share your views with us to provide quality service. We are always obliged to serve you. Our aim is to provide good service for customers rather than making money.
- Providing taxi service and tour service based on any location by maintaining a driver network of more than 5000 in Sri Lanka.
- We always provide you with a photo of the car you have booked and a photo of the driver before availing the service
